About the role

This well-balanced role will see you carry out duties across reception, administration, finance and provide you the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of the business as your skills develop.

As the first point of contact for all phone and face to face enquiries, you will ensure high standards of professionalism are achieved. You will spend 1.5 days a week providing support to JKs payroll and accounts coordinator completing detail-oriented data entry, setting up employee files and keying data related to JK’s on-hire employees. While the remainder of your week will see you offering administrative support to JK’s permanent and on-hire recruitment consultants and company directors.

General tasks related to this role include, but are not limited to; reference checking, accurate filing and record keeping, data entry and ensuring office supplies are sufficiently stocked.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Consistent performer, reliable, punctual and dependable

This role is Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
