JK is currently looking for a Roster Coordinator to work with one of Ballarat’s largest and most renowned production plants. This role offers the ability to take real ownership and pride over the work you are doing by working autonomously and understanding the importance of your role in ensuring production targets are met.
You will be responsible for the allocation of staff throughout the plant including communicating with internal managers and the workforce. This role is very fast paced and reactive, requiring an individual that is able to handle pressure and strict deadlines. Demonstrating a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to ‘get the job done’, will see you succeed in this role.
To be successful in the role, you will:
- Have high attention to detail
- Customer service experience (in person and phone)
- Strong administration background
- Strong computer skills including the use of excel
- Have a genuine interest in working with people
Any experience in managing staff or relevant HR qualifications would be highly regarded although not essential.
