JK's client provides services to children & young people, families and communities in Ballarat and the surrounding regions. This role will be commencing early February 2019 and will see you perform payroll for more than 250 employees. Covering a 10month maternity leave position working 4day weeks, you will provide accurate and timely payroll processing within the finance team.

Although payroll experience would be ideal, sound exposure to financial administration would see you succeed in this role as you will be supported by others experienced in payroll and offered a detailed procedure to follow.

Required skills to be successful in the role:

  • Strong IT skills operating excel with the ability to operate an internal finance system
  • Process driven approach
  • Strong attention to detail - critical
  • Cooperative work attitude and ability to work within a small team
  • Dedicated to delivery high quality results
