Important Attributes: High level organisation and administration skills are essential. You will need to demonstrate exceptional skills in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Publisher, Power-point and Outlook. This role requires reliability, multi-tasking and someone that appreciates the importance of being discreet and respecting confidentiality.
Job Brief: You will provide support to company Directors, partners and/ or senior management. This support will include diary management, general administration including letter writing, data entry and email management. You may also be required to manage and book travel and accommodation.
Qualifications/Licenses: Certificate or Diploma in Business or Business Administration will be well regarded.
Important Attributes: Proven track record of performing heavy labour, attitude and motivation are key attributes. We also require punctuality and reliability and it is essential you have a stable work history and two work related references.
Job Brief: Working across a range of industries you will perform heavy lifting, physical and repetitive work. The work will be both indoors and out, you will often be exposed to extreme weather. Tenure will vary with some roles only requiring a single day and others may last over a year.
