Important Attributes: High level organisation and administration skills are essential. You will need to demonstrate exceptional skills in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Publisher, Power-point and Outlook. This role requires reliability, multi-tasking and someone that appreciates the importance of being discreet and respecting confidentiality.
Job Brief: You will provide support to company Directors, partners and/ or senior management. This support will include diary management, general administration including letter writing, data entry and email management. You may also be required to manage and book travel and accommodation.
Qualifications/Licenses: Certificate or Diploma in Business or Business Administration will be well regarded.
Important Attributes: Extensive customer service experience. High level interpersonal skills. Professional presentation both in person and over the phone. Experience across Microsoft Office Suite particularly with Word and Excel.
